KidCircle Pro Terms of Service

1. The Pro service
KidCircle Pro allows eligible businesses, charities, clubs and other organisations to create a public profile, publish family-relevant posts and events, and provide opening hours and contact information. These terms apply alongside the Member Terms and Privacy Notice.
2. Authority and accurate information
You confirm that you are at least 18 and authorised to bind the organisation. Your identity, contact details, prices, availability, qualifications, accreditations, locations and claims must be complete, current and not misleading. You must promptly correct material changes.

The checkout page shown when subscriptions open will state the selected price, taxes (where applicable), billing period, trial, renewal and cancellation arrangements before an order is placed. Admin-approved account-specific limits may override standard plan limits.
4. Payment, renewal and cancellation
No paid subscription is formed until KidCircle accepts an order. When billing is enabled, subscriptions may renew for the period shown at checkout until cancelled. Cancellation ends future renewal but does not normally refund a period already supplied, except where required by law or expressly stated. If you contract as a consumer rather than in the course of business, any applicable statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.
5. Content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of your logos, images, posts and event information. You grant KidCircle the licence described in the Member Terms so we can operate and promote the service. You must own or have permission to use all submitted content and must not infringe intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights.
6. Family safety, advertising and law
Content must be family-appropriate and comply with applicable UK consumer protection, advertising, data protection, equality, safeguarding and sector-specific rules. Do not target children unfairly, make unsupported health or safety claims, conceal commercial intent, or publish images or personal data without an appropriate lawful basis and permissions.
7. Bookings and your customers
You remain solely responsible for your services and events, including customer terms, booking fulfilment, refunds, safeguarding, risk assessments, licences, insurance, tax and complaint handling. KidCircle does not endorse or guarantee a Pro organisation merely because it has a profile.
8. Moderation and suspension
We may reject, remove or restrict content and may suspend publishing or the Pro account where reasonably necessary to investigate a report, protect users, comply with law, prevent fraud, address non-payment or enforce these terms. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us.
9. Data protection
Each party is responsible for its own compliance with UK data protection law. Do not use information obtained through KidCircle for unsolicited marketing or build profiles of children. Where a separate data-processing arrangement is legally required, the parties will put one in place before that processing begins.
10. Liability
Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, KidCircle is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, anticipated savings or data arising from business use. Any further financial cap must be settled in the solicitor-reviewed final terms before paid subscriptions launch.
11. Changes, termination and law
We may update the service, plans and these terms. Material changes affecting an active paid subscription will be notified in advance where reasonably practicable. Either party may terminate as provided at checkout; serious or repeated breach may result in immediate termination. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and its courts have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rights that apply by law.
12. Contact and operator information
Contact KidCircle through our in-app contact form. Your message will become a communication ticket for KidCircle Admin. The operator's full legal name and geographic business address must be inserted here before paid Pro subscriptions are offered.
